    Hi guys,

    Car is a 90 325i Sedan
    Front E36 5 lug conversion + E36 M3 brakes
    Rear Z3 5 lug conversion

Wheels in question will be BBS style 32's

    Front 17x8 et20 - 215/40's

Do you think its an aggressive combo?

looking at the new kansei tandems, debating between the 15x7 +25, 15x8 +0, and 15x8 +25

    getting h&r race springs

what tires should i run and what spec wheel should i get? looking for no rolling or pulling but still a nice stance.

    thanks!

    TRM C1 15x8 +20
Hankook RS-4 225/45r15 front and rear
No spacers, rolled arches, KW V3 Coilovers and camber tops.

    Want to run:
    BBS RS 15x8 +18 front
    BBS RS 15x8.5 +12 rear
    Nankang CR-S 225/45r15 front
    Nankang CR-S 245/40r15 rear

Very hard to find info on anyone running 245/40r15 rear tyres on an e30. Do you think this will work ok given it's an 8.5" wheel, so less chance of touching the inner wheel well? I'm not sure if the Nankangs run wider than the Hankooks, so that could work for or against me.

    Thanks!
last time he was here was five yrs ago. i've heard rumours he's still active on some other boards, but i've no idea where.

Has anyone successfully used the following:

91 325i 5 lug swapped with E36 M3 parts up front and E36 Ti rear parts
    Style 42 7.5 x 17 is41 up front and 8.5 x 17 is41 in rear

    Hey guys, I'm looking to buy this set : ROTIFORM R143 LAS-R GLOSS SILVER 17X8 +30 4X100|4X114.3MM 70.1MM

I know the Center Bore here is much bigger but I'm just gonna buy the ring adapters that fill it to get it to 57.1

Wondering if I would have any issues because of the +30 offset and if it would look nice. Also if this works what kind of tires will I need?

I have a completely stock 1987 325i Convertible that I just bought today! My first ever E30 which has always been my dream car :) Finally upgraded from my e36 which was mainly a place holder lol

    Hello people,

Long time lurker first time poster here.

I've been thinking about what type of rims I should go for with my setup, not really sure if this is the right place to post, but please tell me where to move it if it's wrong.

I've got this E30 Touring -89 fitted with the following:

    Front axle

    E36 M3 3.2 wishbone
    E36 M3 3.2 rotors and calipers
    E36 M3 ball joints
    K-sport coilovers with adjustable tops
    5-bolt

    Rear axle

    E30 M3 wheel hub
    5-bot
    E30 M3 rotors
    E30 325 calipers

On top of this I've got 17" running 225/35R17 tires.

I would like to step down a notch on rim size as I'd like a more subtle look but I'm having a hard time finding rims that'll go on the front axle.

Does anyone here have a hunch of what rims would suit (without spacers) on top of this setup? I would like to stay away from spacers in order to not mess too much with the steering radius and the general feel of the car.

Hey guys, wondering if I can run some 15x8 +28 RPF1s in an early model. Seen posts with spacers ranging from 12mm to 20mm. My guess is I'd need a minimum of a 8mm spacer to get to that magical 18mm +/- 5mm, but seeing larger spacers makes me wonder if the spoke design causes issues.

Tires will be 205/55 or 205/50 depending on availability. Car is on OE Sports so about an inch of drop. Thanks!

    Hello all,

looking for insight on tire size recommendations for my e30. Wanting a meaty/track tire look without rubbing or fender rolling. Prefer not to run spacers either.

    info as following:
    1990 325i coupe

    suspension: bilstein b8
    h&r sport springs

    wheels: borbet type-a
    16*7.5 et30 square set

was looking at indy500 tires for this application

    thanks in advance!

Finally my wheels came in, now need a decent weathered day for fitment R&D, had to trash picture quality for me to be able to post it here

    I need a spacer.
Spacer sizes I am looking at are 10mm and 15mm for a final offset of +25/+20 all around.

What spacer tire combo is recommended for no fender roll/pull?

    T.iA.
    Wheels installed.
20mm spacer in front works perfectly, slight rub.
Need to raise suspension up all around about 1/2-1"
Going to purchase 15mm spacer for rear next.
    Next post will have pics.

    Adding my own recent experience:
    Enkei RPF1 15x7 ET35 equipped with 195/50R15 tires:
    > With this configuration the wheel/tire combo moves in 5mm compared to stock (195/65R14 on a ET30 wheel; in both cases the tire is wider than the rim), with the closest condition at the front struts.
    > Front fitment on 318is some light rubbing on the strut housing. Installed 3mm spacers. Made sure the spacer itself has the 57.1mm center bore. The hub is tall enough to extend past said spacer and engage the 57 to 73mm bore spacer. Furthermore, wheel thickness at the bolt is thinner than stock, so IMO lengthening the wheel bolts is optional.
    > Rear fitment on 318is clears as is.

Looking into a set of circuit performance cp21 in 15x8 et 25. Square set. Fenders are rolled. Any spacer needed to clear? Recommendations on good street tires. Would like to sit close to flush with front and rear fenders.
    thanks!
