If you don't mind me asking - which dealer/store got you the part? I'm looking to source the same type of trim/molding piece for my 1991 318i sedan (4-door) for the right rear door, and my local dealer showed that every dealer in the US is out of the part, and restock date keeps getting pushed (about to become NLA).

Maybe #6 and #4 on the second diagram? Please let us know when you figure it out.
Thanks guys, you were right with the part numbers! Sorry I've been slacking on updating this - I ordered the parts and wanted to make sure I ended up with the right ones, they just took a while to get here.
Regarding the missing piece (#1 on the first diagram), when I bought my Touring (fall 2015), the left side piece was available, but the right side piece was NLA. Were you able to get a right side piece from BMW?
Yep, I got the right side trim piece new from BMW not too long ago. Might be worth checking again if they have more. Good luck! :)

I need to order a couple of trim pieces for my touring: the trim piece that curves around the back window (red arrow) and the rubber seal right above it (yellow arrow). Can anyone help me figure out the part numbers?
I already have a replacement for the trim piece that is missing in the picture.
I've been looking on realoem and think they might be in one of these diagrams:
