I've never tried this but next time i'm going to, with a skilled hand and incredible precision, Bash the shit out of the rotor from the back with a dead blow. Not enuogh to shatter it hopefully, but enough to make it move a bit when it's being hit on the side opposite the rotor set screw. Just enough to open up a gap to pry against. Might be dumb I don't care, I hate stuck spacers and my rotors can feel my pain. -

this sorta thing doesn't work when you have studs too :)again, my point about trying to pry them off in the most absurd way will result in bent spacers.
You want to insert anything small behind the spacer to apply some force and then get them spinning on the hub. This will run them off the hub. Prying on them will not move them very well.
Plus treat them like stuck bolts and use PB Blaster. Ive used slim metal putty spatula to open a gap and soak it in the release agent.Leave a comment:

Use a heavy hammer and knock the spacer on its side, all around, until you break corrosion.Leave a comment:

I use a plastic heavy duty wedge I got from The Home Depot. Its like a giant flat screwdriver that you can hammer on.Leave a comment:

I can't even squeeze the smallest feeler gauge i have in there now. If i could just get a little bit in, i could go all the way around and pry it off little by little.
Borrowing my buddy's torch on the way home tonight. Will give it a shot and post updates.Leave a comment:

sucks when the 5mm ones dont want to come off because they dont like to be wrestled with
oh, dont pry from the outer edges!! Not alone at least. Wedge a plastic scraper in there and then you need a screwdriver and hammer and get them rotating.Leave a comment:
