Weird injection issue - ideas ?

Hey guys, just replaced my injectors and the car doesn't want to start now. I checked everything I could think of, checked for short to ground, checked for proper 12V to the injector rail + prongs. Manually primed the fuel rail with the fuel pump relay and there's plenty of fuel, but no injection...

The ground signal is supposed to be pulsed by the ECU to engage the injectors on/off and for now I don't think it sends that signal, or there's a cut wire somewhere. I hooked up my test light to both + and ground on the fuel rail, tried cranking, and the light didn't flash. If I ground my test light to the engine ground, it lights up fine.

I only touched the fuel rail and moved the 2 harness connected to it during the install, so my main suspect are these two plugs. AI suggested I check the continuity between the 3 prong plug (green circle) that connects about 1/3 down the bottom of the fuel rail, and the + and - prongs on the injector connectors. I found none. What is the role of this 3 wire plug (green). Is the signal for the injectors coming only from the harness that enter the forward end of the rail at the front of the engine?

I applied 12.5V to the injectors and got firm "clicks" on all of them, which tells me they're not stuck closed. I also used brake cleaner in the intake and the car starts up and run on it, which proves that everything other than fuel delivery is working fine.

    Ideas?
