    id do a rusted hood if my car already had fucked up paint so i could say it was a theme and people would still thinkits tight ahha

    I think you strip your panel to bare metal.
    Then spray a vinegar/water mix on it and its suppose to rust within like an hour or so.
    Depending on how you apply it to your panel if it be a spray bottle, rag, bucket, etc. Its suppose to make a different pattern or effect.
    I dunno from reading around thats how I understand it...
