I mean seriously, go to the section called "Lighting" (I presume you do know how to read where ever the hell you hail from) I think on the first page alone there have to be at least more than one topic on HID's.

Or, you could simply use the SEARCH function with the phrase HID. You'd come back with more than everything you'd need.

The basics are that you need an ellipsoid housing to not blind the fuck out of everyone. Those would be either smilies or US ellips.
