I just want you to know before you invest a lot of loot into those I found them to be very poor as far as illumination,.. I was running good bulbs in them and they just didnt compare to stock white smileys. I gotta believe the same will be true with yellow w/HID VS clear with HID

Since we have a decent tangent direction for this thread, I have a question. My local laws call for light coming from the front of the vehicle to be white. Will these headlights pass as long as I'm running 4200k hids? I'd imagine the output of the hid's to override the effect of the yellow smileys.

Youre going to have problems . I had those in my old track rat and I got bothered occasionally but never ticketed. Besides sucking for output (i did not have HID's at the time) they just attract negative attention and give cops another reason. Your area cops may be different but I dunno

i really have no idea what tischer would have charged. their site doesnt determine that. simply says:

"Typical estimated UPS rates within the US are:

Ground: $8 - $12"

which i dont think would apply to my order. you may have had less shipping charges. i cant say one way or the other. i was only comparing actual part prices.
