There was a picture from under the car showing that the springs were resting a couple of inches from where they were actually supposed to be attached.
Stupidity at its best. The cops did the right thing in impounding his car.

It's calls VIP if u have the money to put in your suspension them you can drive like that but its to much camber. I have a sc300 with camber but not like that check out my avatar
