I recently noticed this whole banning thing over there. I guess it's just to keep down on useless posts... which is what makes r3v fun, when people post useless things.

rep is a joke. People abused it so bad. Ironically, I started it. There's a back stage thread called "rep point orgy". Basically, you post, and everyone in the thread pos reps you. Somehow, that DIDN'T get me banned lol.

as was already said- we did discuss this issue. i'll take responsibility for putting the idea out there, because i mentioned him in passing in a discussion of the banning of another post-whore... when i came back the next day, everyone had come to a consensus and someone decided to pull the trigger (i haven't bothered to check who). my feelings on the issue remain the same- he may have brought some valuable info out every once in a while, but overall his contribution to the forum was a net negative.
