                      Its called learning from your mistakes. One day he'll see that this was a really inefficient method but it won't matter because he, "built it himself".

                          But I'd just get some heated seats, it really makes a difference. I know because I have no heat in my e30 and have to rely on the seats for warmth:D

                            People are really taking this thread the wrong way. Basically I just need a way to get some heat into this car so I can make it through the winter. I already had mostly everthing. I went to 3 junkyards in attempt to pull the heaterbox with no avail. It would more a pain in the ass to collect all the parts needed to install the factory unit becuase nothing was present and the wiring and connections have all been butchered up. I had most of what I needed to try this out and figured I could atleast give it a shot.

                            And yeah my other e30 has heated seat covers and it makes a pretty big difference.
