    Cluster/Tach repair, what others repairs should be made at the same time?

    I am sending my instrutment cluster down to North Hollywood speedometer for my 1991 325iC. Everything works but when I accelerate at anything more than about 75% throttle past 3k the tach simply hangs up at 3k and then will jump in 1-2k increments towards redline, very irritating. Under lighter throttle it works just fine.

    I was going to send it out but thought I would see if there were any suggestions on repairs I should do while it is there. The car is all stock so I don't want to do any appearance changes, but for example should I do anything with the board or the odometer? Again it all currently works correctly...
