If the structural areas are good I'd buy, and drive it.

Do some DIY rust patching(maybe), shitty rattle can/roller/garage painting, new suspension bits/mech. maintenance and then drive it, hard, and put it away wet.

I'm looking at a '74 this weekend thats in bad shape as-well. If the shock towers etc check out thats my plan up there.

As mentioned looks rough. You want to check the shock towers, rockers, pedal box and frame rails. With the front fenders looking that bad I would bet the rest is rusty as well.
    Good luck.
What year is that car? It has the early front bumper overriders. And Florida is a very cool color only found on the earliest 02s.

Sorry, but that '02 looks like a parts car. Either that or a GIANT money pit.

how good are you with a welder?
When I had a welder, I did pretty well right off the bat.

I will stop by there tomorrow and take a closer look.

well you dont have any pics of the areas that matter. how are the frame rails, floor pans, front and rear towers, front wheel wells, edge around front and rear glass? a nose an fenders rusted out is not bad those are easy fix but how is the rest of the stuff?
