As for mileage, I get around 30 mpg combined in my completely stock 1991 318is. On extended highway driving I've seen 34 mpg before. I also use the cheapest gas I can find, so I think the 318is makes a wonderful daily driver. I just obliterated my oil pan today, though... Must buy a skid plate at some point! -
lol theres always some of those but its cool. i dont mind. anyways ill get pics of the e30 as soon as i can. still have to work on a few minor things.Leave a comment:

What sort of MPG were you getting with the Subaru? I doubt you'll crack 25 combined with the 318... I get about 23 on mine.Leave a comment:

Im A Noob!
whats up guys! just wanted to introduce myself on here before i whore out on buying parts for my e30. i recently bought a 1991 318is for a steal price to use as my daily. ive had a bmw z3mcoupe and a few other cars so im not new to the bmw community, just new to rev limited! lol. i currently own a 2004 sti thats killing me on gas. so 318 is my way to go! ive always wanted a e30 but never really found a nice one until last week. the car needs a little bit of work but hopefully she'll be in mint condition by the end of the year. i didnt want to settle for anything less of my standards. i generally like to contribute to the forum community so you'll probably see me posting a lot on anything that interests me. so far ive been lurking on the community, and it seems pretty chill and laidback so im proud to say that i love it here. :D
heres some quick crappy iphone pics.

and heres some of my sti that i actually just sold the other day.
