E36 to E30 Interchangeability?

Fuck you guys, I was searching to see if I could use my black e36 sedan carpet and this thread came up.

You will need the Heads-Up Display control panel and wiring loom off of a 2009-2010 740iL in order to wire in that light bulb for the e36 trunk lid. I think I saw a DIY on 7seriesballer forum.

The a/c vents swap over and are a nice upgrade. No more drooping vents for this guy!

lol I read on the tech that the E36 trunk lid is a direct fit as well... any input on this?

I just finished installing the e36 doors on my e30, only issue i had was the crappy e36 door card. So I just swapped the card for the old e30 card, direct fit for everything go figure.

5spd you can trim some from the back (about 1 foot) and sew it to the front. Floor mats cover the stitching, but I did mine in ///M colored thread, so it looks great.

It's much more cooshy for da broads when they bounce a little too high.

Am I correct in saying that vert e36 tops directly bolt on to e30 verts?

And only the hardtop with the rear window spliter.
