We love it when customers leave good feedback, not only cause it makes us look good (sorry, shameless plug), but more importantly, it makes is happy to know that we helped another beautiful car back on the road again!

This is literally the cleanest place I've seen in whole of the Philippines. Have you considered going international at some point? Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, the options are endless for big metro areas where demand for this type and quality of service is high.

I was just in the country back in July, wish I'd have known this kind of buggery was going on :D

I was at the Hotel Celeste right by the Greenbelt for a few days and very close to where you are, then off the Boracay for diving.

I've got to say I personally would never worry about the members of your service team. There is an awesome culture of service and doing right by people in your country.

Heh...as long as you have good, honest, guys then it really shouldn't be an issue. Now the real hacks on the other hand...

I think it's brilliant actually. The auto service profession already has a bad rap due to the unscrupulous practices of some shops. Transparency is a must in order to "win back" the trust of the car owners. Forward thinking like that can only result in good things, IMHO.
Good to see you here Alvin! The ARC Automotive team is really looking forward to you joining us soon! Welcome back to the PI!

In the meantime, I'm sure this would be something you would be interested in, this would be ARC's first official sponsored race! We're hoping to make this an annual thing. Hopefully ARC's race car and racing team would be ready for next year's event! We're bringing back that old 80s DTM rivalry!

They knew about the planned CCTV system the day we interview them for the job, so they went in eyes knowing. Also with the currently workshop culture that we've established and the open window concept that we have for the shop, the CCTV system wasn't anything new for them and it's business as usual. ;)

The whole system is still in it's testing phase but we're also working on piping the video feeds to our website where customers can go to, log on and watch their car being worked on from the comforts of their own home. We figured this would be a great step for us to offer another level of quality service for our customers.
That is a great step forward and would be good if all mechanics offered this. Adds clarity and reasurance in the customer that you guys are doing your job and not stuffing around. Well done.
