    I'd be more than willing to pay for it. I hope it is public information. This car has a lot of sentimental value to me, I just didn't appreciate it at the time.

    From what I've heard it's all public info, but you have to pay a fee to get it..

    Or just ask 4chan to find it.

    How to find your old car?

    I was young, dumb, and stupid. I inherited a 1976 Cadillac Seville, absolutely mint condition with an original 46,000 miles on it. I drove it from 16-18 years old, bitched about stupid shit and wanted something newer. I ended up selling it and building a Nissan Titan, but ever since I always regretted selling it.

    A few years ago I offered to buy it back and he declined. Since then I lost his phone number, but I want to give it another shot and make him an offer he can't refuse. But I have no idea how to get in contact with him? DMV maybe?
