Other sellers won't be stuck with the car. It's Vlad's now. He registered it, he insured it, he's liable, Not to mention, he's stuck with it, or without it when it gets seized. The people before Vlad were just car owners. He OWNS a business that sells cars, probably has a dealer's permit, definetly has a business liscence. Even if he tried to go after the PO's, who's to say he didn't swap vins when he bought the car? It has an NY title, only the BOS will show the vin at the time of sale, and who's to say he didn't tamper with that?

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that any/all previous US owners of the car could potentially be royally fucked by reporting this. Yes the guy who flipped the vin committed a crime, as did any of the subsequent owners assuming they knew the full history, it is it really worth them seeing a criminal record just to fuck over Vladdo the scammer?

FFS, report said NGGA to DMV for obvious fraud before some chump buys car.
    Then we will laugh.

    Yes, we will.

If you search the vin at RealOEM it comes up specifically as a non touring model.

And now it's a feature on Speedhunters. The enthusiast scene at large is going to find out about this now. The feature is already being blasted by several people who posted links to the story and Yan's thread on S14.net and here on R3V.

I hope Vlad has stock in KY...
