    You're right, I didn't think about that.

Regardless. I still vote ship it.

Most small cars are rated at 1000lbs. 2250 lbs is pushing it just a tad. It's not just the brakes, it's the whether the gearbox and diff can handle it. I cracked a diff overloading my truck.

They hook huge trailers up to tiny cars in Europe, but they don't have grades like the Grapevine or steady 120F temperatures either.

Whats with the truck hate man. you are free to drive a little shit box e30 or anything else you chose.

I just dont understand why you should bitch its not affecting you one little bit just because you dont see the "use" does not mean the owner does not have one. Fuck even if they dont its their choice to drive what they want.

Should be able to ship something cross country for around $250 for a skid. (48x40x48 is standard). Not worth it for a one time use IMHO, just ship it. If you plan on using the hitch lots, then that's another story.

Shit. Just looked at the thread again. I guess the 3D printer made everything in the thread seem that much more impressive.

^that semi has brakes designed for that much weight.

if you take it easy, and don't overload the trailer, there shouldn't be any problem. keep the weight as much as you can to the front of the trailer if possible.
