    The only down side it the 6-speed trans is really fucking expensive.

    having riden in an ls1 coupe, i can say this.


    power...is amazing...yeah, at any speed, at any rpm...just flat BIG power
    and
    sound....that sound, that v8 sound...dude, for what, 5k out the door your cabrio will be transformed into a topless monster.

    add great economy, and keep your A/C too....itll be a kickass sleeper.

    i say do it.
    oh, and go out and buy a toyota corolla for $500.oo to dd
    i got a $400 1988 ford ranger for when my cabrio was down for 6 months...and i sold it for 450...
