Top left.
I don't even use my passenger mirror.
I have the habit of looking over my right shoulder 99% of the time I'm making a right lane change or whatever requires to check that blindspot.
Fishbowl cabin ftw.
Checking my left blindspot is aided by my rearview, looking over my shoulder and/or leaning myself forward while looking at my driver's side mirror.

None of the above. I have mine aimed in such a way that it shows what is behind and slightly to driver's right. The outside mirrors are aimed so they see to the left and right of what the rear view mirror can't see, and I can see none of my own car in them. Basically the closest one can come to eliminating blind spots.
