I'm going to have to disagree with this. Cause not everyone has money to shovel out for three piece wheels or the original item that maybe rare to get or no longer available. So they just get what they can afford.
But for me rice is things thats tacky like others have said. Chrome for one. Is it tacky? It's all in how one uses it on ones ride. Stickers, the same as chrome. How are they applied? Crooked and random? Body mods? Ill fitting and doesn't flow well with the cars design? Exhaust, is it a free flowing system on a car that can't get out of its own way? I'll step on some peoples toes with this. But wheels and tires that don't fit... Stretch and poke. These same people make fun if ricers but yet don't see what they are doing themselves.Leave a comment:

Or, to put it another way, rice is like obscenity. You know it when you see it. And really, it isn't "like" obscenity, it is obscenity.Leave a comment:

Devil's advocate here; but I wouldn't say that body kit is ill-fitting, comparatively. It looks like utter shit but the lines are reasonably close to the factory mounts and it's painted.Leave a comment:

And then when posted and bashed on the forums, the owner usually cries wolf and invents terms like "self expression" and "individuality" when in fact they are just following a trend.Leave a comment:
