Bypassed the heater set up off the throttle body.
Pulled the factory fan and put in an electric one that I wired to the fuse box where the seat heater slot with a 20amp fuse.

Since i got my 2nd e30 and i have a steady paycheck i have been trying to avoid cutting corners at all cost. My PO certainly cut plenty, so Im trying to clean up the mess.

my 1st e30.... that was a different story.

LOL my first e30 would have won that contest.

Still haven't made a hanger for my muffler yet. Spent some time fitting a very nice Milltek 2.75inch inlet/dual outlet muffler than fit's the stock location perfectly. I just can't seem to figure out a nice way to hang it that I like, so wire it is.

I'll get around to fixing it one of these days.

Didn't cover the hole after my steering rack swap (airbag car). I feel a breeze in winter. Exhaust was hanging by wire because yah dont even ask that thing was a hackjob on its own... Ummmm didn't use the right brush when dyeing my carpet so I have to pull it back out to repaint it. Other then that everything is pretty safe and sound just minor things. I don't think deleting useless things like Tb coolant hoses count though.

reused the lock nuts on my trailing arms to subframe. One fell off a while ago so I replaced that one and left the other 3.

i've used zipties to hold the front valance on, after curbing it a few times and driving home with it hanging off or in the back seat, i drilled a few holes and bolted it on.
ran wires to the fogs because one quit working and couldnt figure out what went bad where. only to have the fogs removed by tow chains
rtv and zipties are my best friend
um...leaky top, no money, sprayed with flex seal
plexi rear window, removable to put the top down
wire hanger and radiator hose clamp holding the exhaust up

right now the running lights on the right side of the car are out, and i cant figure out where the problem is....and the fuel pump has been randomly losing power with no explanation to that issue yet either.

How the...fuck!? I'm not even making that much working for the county! AND I'M 20! Fuck this.

people always bitch about the PO. and cutting corners is why.

If you cannot afford to do it right the first time. Save and do it right when you have the funds

My front bumper cover is held together by about 150 zip ties, not sure if that would be cutting a corner though because it took me about 4 hours to do.

I did the same damn thing....what a shame..

I also ran my own wiring for my headlights to my fuse box since one of them burned out, sort of hack job'd since you can see the wire in the engine bay, does it matter much? Not really...

I bought my car and realized the power steering was wonky. Looked in the reservoir and it was bone dry. I just took it for granted that the p/s pump was prolly thrashed so I just yanked it all out and cut the belt. Put some hose around each banjo bolt and put them back in and went about my merry way. So I have no idea what an e30 with power steering feels like.
