The lights added to the fender lead me to the conclusion that it's a federalized euro import car, so unless they've been removed, it should have lots of euro specific parts.

Converting to plastic bumpers is cheap if you get them yourself from the junk yard. Preferably in white so you don't have to pay for paint. And converting them isn't hard either if you have any mechanical skills.
Any e30 lsd diff will bolt into your car but the ratio is what you need to be concerned about. Since you have 325e you will need a diff from a 325es or a e24/e28 diff because the ratios will work with your motor.
