I can't argue that, but I've never driven a 135i. I have driven a BRZ though, and holy shit it just clings to bends like no tomorrow. It's the second car I've driven with a stick too, and its clutch is very easy to get used to.

With the prices of the e90 M3 or s really nice 135 coming down I am planning on getting something new for a daily and taking the e30 under the knife again :D

I don't see it. The only good looking miata is the new ND. I am about to get into the s54 Mroadie life

When I see a miata I don't really think "ooh that car is so cool looking/ beautiful but they some do look prettt sweet just like your guy's Ms!

For me it's the reason behind the car, even though they are so close I would hop in the miata because of the huge following and cult behind it similar to our e30s. Thats what makes me like them and their looks, it's a background and reputation and pride that miatas have for being the most budget but awesome cars out there. The z3 seems kinda lost in the car world, and unless it's an M then it's in the exact same place as the miata and s2k besides he fact it's euro and more expensive with a better interior/ better sounding engine probably

That's why I would go miata all day or even s2k that should probably be on the list!

Opinions are subjective. I think it's gorgeous, but I understand and respect your stance on the matter.

But back on topic, OP, get an NB Miata and call it good. Get some strut braces, some good tires and sport springs, nice light wheels and a Corbeau seat.

it's Bmw's homage to British roadsters. The back end and front end of z3's are perfection.

I would buy an nb, the interiors are much nicer and they are a ltitle quicker. A '01+ VVT has a much flatter torque curve and will be more fun to drive around town, plus the updated headlights and front bumper look a lot better than a 1st gen NB.

1.8 NA. Personal opinion, but a na done right looks better than any NB.
