I just like jabbing at the early M10 models. They are fairly underwhelming performance wise - but yes, an excellent platform to build off of.
It's always weird though to see something so mundane (and clearly meant to be a commuter) with so few miles. It would seem if you wanted to go the collector route back then, you could've gone grey market 323i, or even snapped up a year old E21 323.
I've been having fun watching ALL the low mile Grand Nationals/GNX's come out of the woodwork now. All the fun that was happening when the first 100K M3 sold is now going down in the Buick turbo world...1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)

<21 hours left on the MtechII cabrio. Can't wait to see what she ends up at or if I disrupted his potential interest.- Frank

Unless he can shed some light on the mileage discrepancy, I'm think it's going to be a RNM. Me Personally, I'd take a chance on it at 20K if I had the space for it. Looks like a decent driver, and even if the motor ended up being an anchor, could always go S54..
Nothing in the M Registry about it.1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)

Nothing in the M Registry about it.
It looked good, drove good, he bought the car.
He openly says he has no idea about the mileage or the service, its TMU car.
He's been sitting on it for 7 years. That was right before the "Dark Times".
Right before fucking EAG single handedly ruined the E30M3 world.
As the seller said, back then no one thought about them as "collector cars" so he liked the car, it drove well, and bought it.
Reverting to my previous post,,, Im sure he started to get wind of what the cars were selling for. He's probably in the car for <15K,,, take a shot for $99 and see what happens.
I'd buy that car in a second (if I had any more room for cars) up to the same number you said $20K. I'd love to just have the shell, the front struts and the engine.Jimmy P.

That is a well preserved beauty. If the right couple people were watching this week, I figured it would go for big money.
Such a nice car.Jimmy P.
