I wonder if its more of a situation where the smaller items (like shift knobs) are easy for them to process, but the larger items (like coilovers) are more difficult for them to process?

had a friend in the UK wait 4 months for coilovers, ship date on postage was 2 weeks before shipping.

when they arrived, they were all banged up, nicked, scratched etc.....

you are confusing "angry" with "experienced and has opinions about things".

PMing them on Instagram seems to be the way to go.

Odd - I placed a small order with them a couple weeks ago for a ZHP shift knob and it shipped out on time and I received it a day ahead of scheduled. I did however have to message them on instagram to confirm the order because I never received any sort of confirmation email at all. That being said, once I messaged them on instagram, Igore sent me a pic of the order sheet with the tracking info on it.

Seems to be a recurring theme. I see way too many of these threads on CAtuned.
