"Help" e30/e36ti rear sway bar question

I have a beefy h&R rear sway bar on my 318ti, I am converting my e30 conv rear, to a 5 lug from a ti. Can i use the rear sway bar from the ti, since the rear set up is identical with the exception of 4-5 lug

Any help would be appreciated
