I've replaced basically everything on the car, steering, trans, clutch, driveshaft, diff, interior, exterior, etc.. at least once. The chassis has 225k miles and is daily driven, and is basically a new car. Only thing untouched is the engine, and I'm building a Racing Dynamics K27 stroker to take care of that.

I also rebuilt it from a $4800 estimated damage claim from a T-bone with new BMW parts. Thanks Mr. DodgeDakotaAsshole.

I don't even want to actually add up a total. The PO bought it new from BMW, I still have the original Germany order papers. They have full dealer-only records totaling $21,000 in service work from 85-91. I picked up from there, and probably have the total at nearly $40k in maintenance and mods. But like I said it's basically a new car.

    Try paragraphs.
    Also try spelling.

Nice car! The BMP kit doesn't look bad, but I heard the E28 kit they sell fits like crap...

Most have way to much to list and thinking of all the money spent on their cars makes them feel sick. I know I feel that way but it is totally worth it, imo.
