Hand wash only for at least 30 days, no wax for 90. The paint is still going to be soft, and there are chemicals that need to evaporate from the paint until it is cured.Leave a comment:

Any problem with washing freshly painted body panels?
My driver side fender and trunk have fresh paint on them [did them over the weekend] and I'm wondering if it would hurt them at all to take it to the DIY spray and wash tonight... The car is dirty as hell.Tags: None
