When I got my liscense, I didnt know how to drive to well obviously. I Remember going to my buddies ranch, and on the way back having some fun. I took an "s" shaped turn that had a posted speed limit of 35 mph, and I took it going 75 mph. Pretty stupid move.... The only thing that happened was my wheels got sideways. Fortunately no cars were coming, and I didnt panic, so about 20-30 feet later, after my tires left long black skid marks, and tapping the brakes a little, the car pretty much came to a dead stop. I think if I were to ever flip it, that woulda been the time. -
I did something similar except it was.... gravel shoulder, oversteer, countersteer, oversteer opposite dirrection, off-road.Leave a comment:

-I flipped my '88 325 end-over-end three times, it wasn't fun. As stated, understeer, then oversteer, then off-road.
-btw my oil pan caught a birm just right and it rotated my e30 end-over-end.Leave a comment:

I think if you're going xx mph and just jerk the steering wheel to the left/right as hard as you can, the car will:
A) understeer like mad
B) start sliding all over the place
C) follow through with the turn :)Leave a comment:

That would be 4 white (or yellow?) cops chasing a black man. It's commonly used when a bunch of peeps get on one person's back about something. It's metaphorical, like when everyone chases away the guy who is different.
Oh, and no, I don't know anyone who has flipped an E30. Why don't you do an experiment and let us know?Leave a comment:

I know a girl who's sister rick-rolled an e30 the day she was picking it up (isn't that right rede30?). IIRC she was on the freeway driving like a moron w/ some other car weaving in and out of traffic, they slowed down and then the other car she was playing with on the freeway faked a swerve at her and she then flipped the car a few times because she thought he was actually going to hit her. walked out without a scratch too. The car wasn't modded either... Justin can back me up on this if he sees this thread- it was his car prior to the sale.Leave a comment:

Thats no fair : P. I guess I should specify more of a street unmodified condition. As in, if I were to jerk the wheel hard right doing XX mph on a street, would I flip and roll?
And what is with this wierd

thing.Leave a comment:

I am sure if you go off road and hit the dirt at just the right angle it will flip. lolLeave a comment:
