Couple of good questions (experts)

Hey fellas as some of you are aware ive got the v8 in my car now. And im running a 3.73 ratio lsd, now thats not the ideal ratio for a v8, i want something around 3.15 to 3.46 now a mate of mine wreaks bmws esp e36,e39 etc so has alot of diffs for them. Can i take the correct ratio out of one of those diffs (same size ones) and fit it to my lsd centre? here is a few i took photos of

Also he is wreaking a 318ti sport, now its quite kitted up with motorsport interior, body kit etc, but i noticed it has quite think roll bars? do these fit e30s? what other bits should i score off it?
