If you sent the money through visa or paypal, file a complaint as a fraudulent seller. You may get your money back. He will have to prove that the item was sent. Also, contact his local police dept. with details of the transaction.... I did this before and it works. Got my stuff sent the very next day.

Well FWIW, I had a good experience with Jason. I bought a E30 M3 5 lug swap from him.
However, I did go and pick it up. So i bet your right. He just doesnt have the money to ship them

Just for the record I think the guy has the bumpers. I'm willing to bet he spent all the paypal cash and has nothing to ship with or is just lazy. If i got an honest excuse - not even a good one but an honest one - I'd hold tight. I obviously don't NEED euro bumpers.

Needless to say, no PMs, no tracking #, no returned calls, no bumpers. I actually got a hold of him yesterday and he didn't have time to talk. I told him to PM me his story and guess what? Nothing! So, I'm out $250. Going to dispute it with paypal.
