fyi for you 16 inchers didnt see anything desirable in 225/45R16, but fwiw 215 rt-615s have the same contact patch as 225 r-s2's

How are the Yokohama AVID H4S? Looking at 195 65R14s for the basketweaves.

I'll prob just get the Falken Ziex 512s again in 205/60R14...

I've reading nothing but great reviews on them. They are all seasons though, so I think the Falken's would grip better in the dry. Depend on what you are looking for.
