Stock 14s do great. The problem is that the taller the sidewall, the more it flexes and the more unpredictable it makes your drifts. I did 75mm height sidewalls once....
Oh and I wasnt at summit point but most of my slideways buddies were. The all blue rolla, red camaro, a few of the S13/S14s. I think half of them were slideways guys lol.

Let me know about those parts... I need wheels though
Just find some stock weaves. 14" wheels are going to be easier to spin and tires will be cheaper.

Hey! I live in reston and drift my E30! We should be friends. Lol. I run drift events in our area too. I can show you my setup if you want.
My generic advice is to leave the motor stock but just get it running well. The car is already light and higher torque than a stock S13 and much more than an rolla. Lighten the car and do suspension work. IMO stock seats suck for drifting unless you have sport seats.
If you want a 4.10 LSD, I can sell it to you. I also have a sport chip that might work in your car but im not 100% on that.

For psloan - i'm sorry i am not as smart as you for e30s... you are a true god when it comes to being a jerk.

Keep the motor stock. A M20 is plenty to have fun! Focus on suspension. With $2k in mods you can have an e30 drift car that's awsome fun.
