Pretty sure he just got laid off, unfortunately.

Harsh, but people who complain about a free service make me chuckle.
There's a reason we have moderators :) And in all honesty there's alot of people who are moderators here that are hardly on r3v anymore to moderate due to lives getting busier and other obligations coming up and a large majority of very old members that have nothing to do but sit on the computer all day at their jobs..

I'm pretty sure everyone here agrees with you on contribution and such, we all just want a place for everyone to chill and contribute information to the pot, but its kind of absurd to complain about not having enough time to babysit when most of your babysitting team isn't around during the day.

I'm not trying to slyly reccomend myself to be a moderator, since often times I love throwing some gas onto the fire, but there are plenty of people here with day jobs that let them sit on the computer and browse r3v to their hearts content that would be great for moderating.

i'm down for a r3vlimited t-shirt. I'm sure most of us would not mind buying one to add to our ever growing e30 t-shirt collections.

Also T-shirt purchases should come with a one time get out of ban free card. lol

Sorry James, a bit off topic here...

For the record, short of maxbimmer I think this forum has the lowest average poster age of any forum I frequent, and that includes the tech section. It is also hands down the most useful place I've come across on the internet, for its subject (the flying brick being the case here). Sure wikipedia has more shit but if there is anything... and I do mean ANYTHING you need to know about your E30, it will be answered here. The same people with short "search n00b" fuses will also go to great lengths to help and contribute to real issues.

I think I know quite a bit about these cars and the 24V swap specifically but there are people here who have forgotten more than I know so while I'd pay for admission if I had to, I'd be against the idea in general, in fear of losing people like that.

So James, thanks a ton brother, for paying the bills!!!
