No that's just him being a dumbass not knowing how to count... It really is illegal. I looked up 316.605(1) and it's for sure illegal. Maybe I can convince the Judge that the tag was issued to me from Germany.

Well I knew it was illegal, BUT I haven't gotten shit from ANYONE except him... He KINDA told me that I need to put it in the right spot once before and since I dind't do it... you should have seen him do a U-Turn (I mean three point turn in his Ford F250) on the main street with traffic.
