I hurt my right big toe pretty bad tonight on my bicycle(chain broke, was wearing sandels, foot was drug underneeth pedal). My neighbor whose a Dr. said i probably tore my Joint Coupling(wtf is that). Basically, all I want to know is if there is a diagram somewhere that I can look at of the foot and see what I fubered up. He said its about a 3 month healing process and it doesnt show up on X rays or MRIs.
