    Nurburgring Historics Info

Be warned, you can waste a lot of time on the below links. Don't turn off the background noise on the first link, it's awesome.

http://www.avd.de/ogpracing/english/index.html The Nurburgring Historic races (8-10 AUG this year) attracts automotive enthusiasts from all over Europe. The numerous parking venues near the track are filled with classic cars and you haven't even gotten to the track or the car corrals outside the track. At the BMW corral at Nurburgring in 2004 is where I saw an inca orange E3, (their are pics of it in the below link) I've heard from others on the E3 list that at least one other Inka E3 is in the US. There are dozen's of classic Euro spec BMW's on display. Don't even get me started about the Ferrari corral. I've never seen so many gullwing Benz's in my life at the Mercedes corral. You'll walk around in a perpetual woody going from one classic car maker corral to another (Alfa, Opel, Porsche, Jaguar, etc...). Trust me, you need to make a pilgrimage to the Nurburgring Historics at least once before you die.
