I am trying to buy the IE 3 springs but I can't even post. Any clues on what I can do?

yeah skip it and buy h&r race springs. much better than ireland all day long.

yes, between 230am and 3am PST the post kind of times out or something. it still shows up in the thread if you refresh the page, but it doesnt bump the thread and it doesnt add +1 to the post count next to the thread title in whatever subforum.

i think its just a server refresh thing. i don't really know how all that stuff works though.

Yep, the server archives, optimizes tables, and does general updates every night at 2am PST..

my account works, too.

i only have some problems with this board and posting. especially in the morning is takes very long till my text is posted and furthermore the thread isn't on the top with the new post.

well i think what happened is the owner got greedy and started charging all new members $5 to post and have private messages. all previous members did not loose their posting privelege. so as long as you signed up more than 6 months ago, you got it free.

i got an email (actually 3 or 4) asking me to pay $5 to post about 2 months after signing up.

I laughed when I got that series of email. I'm not really sure why I was trying to join, I think I had a question that wasn't being addressed in some FI thread and after the month it took me for the email to come through I couldn't have cared less.

Usually I just get banned, but that forum wasnt even worth wasting my time to get banned on.

I have had the same thing happen a couple time here but no big deal. So does this site do the offer for paying members? I haven't seen anything. Thanks for the info and I will just go straight through IE then.
