Check out the official south african vw site (i have ot checked it in 2 years though). A member from china posted the link to a dealer where he bought his mk2. I have pictures on my other computer.

That would be sick. VW still makes the rabbit pick up truck in south africa and the MK2 jetta in china. Neither of which has hurt the love of those cars. It just makes upgrades possible since they changed the interior to resemble the mk4 jetta.

I personally do not like this. I can see a lot of problems/issue arising from this. This takes the joy out of everything. I would buy one for one reason only. Will not have to pull my hair out for a few year replacing parts. damn I put my heart back in my chest. lol
