It is in my plans. Gotta do my blue car first. I want to do a five lug conversion at the same time so I can run DSII's. I already have two of them.

Thanks guys. That is the beauty of living in Texas where rust isn't a big issue. I will post more info as I start to work on it more. Right now I am working on a 4dr DD I just bought but the iS is not to far in the future.

thats a serious score. rust free texas car, i presume?

put a few hundred bucks into it, and you'd have something you could flip for 3500-4500 bucks.

    More pictures

Thanks It looks better in the pictures than it really is but I am not complaining. Here are a few more pictures of the body. The lady who owned it before me was dingy. I don't thing the car had been vaccuumed in the entire ten years she had owned it when I looked at it. She dinged all four corners and both bumpers have damage. I have to replace the entire front bumper and drivers side fender. I have a parts car with a straight DOT-R fender that I am going to have painted and but on. Luckily on the back bumper I think I can get away with just replacing the impact strips. The passenger rear quarter panel also has a dent right above the lip of the wheel well.

I this picture you can see the crunched front fender, the broken bumber and the busted and rusted fog light.

Here is the other side of the broken front bumper. The other broken fog light can be seen along with the almost sand blasted lower valance.

Here is a picture of the passenger side rear quarter panel. Bondo from a previous is visable. I will sand all of this out and fix it right this time.

The rear spoiler is weather beaten and cracked. Should I just replace it or can I sand the cracks out?

The interior looks cleaner in this picture than it actually is. I had not touched anything at this point. The crack is wack dash is clearly visable. I love the Swiss Army Knife holding the center vent up. This is the way I bought the car.
