Good work.
Although a part of me thinks you could have made a dump truck.

updated pics
Went by the body shop today to check progress, it's coming along slowly but surely...
Probably still a couple of weeks away from being finished.
Here's a few pics...
(not sure how to put the pics in the actual e-mail, they seem to only come up as attachments-if someone wants to PM me the directions to get them in the body of the post, I'd appreciate it)

I posted a wanted ad on this forum, 'germancarsonly' answered the ad, had one complete with a shade.
I'd been looking for a while, decided now was the time to get one with all the work being done to the car.
I was watching one on e-bay out of Sanfransisco about a month ago - nearly had a stroke when it went for more than $600. I think I paid fair market value (much less than $600)

E30 Touring Cutaway (was touring tragedy)
I went by the body shop today to check progress and take some (sh1tty) cell phone pics.
It's coming along slowly but surely. They've done most of the pulling - rear passenger quarter looks great, rear door gaps came back perfectly. They've spent a lot of time straightening the cargo floor on the p-side corner where the impact took the most force. Frame rail was also straightened. They've drilled out all the spotwelds very nicely. Overall I'm pleased with the progress.
Since the car's going through so much surgery, I thought I'd splurge - picked up a glass moon roof. I'll be switching it out shortly, and changing the manual crank to electric at the same time.
Also picked up a parts car a few weeks ago. I pulled the windsheild out of it. The Wagon's had a stone chip so I'll switch it out - this way all the glass can come out when they paint the car
cheers for now ...
