Aw shit. Sucks dude, glad everybody's alright.
Generally after the first big wreck you learn to throttle back and calm down. Here was mine:

The car basically went wide through a corner (yes understeer, big surprise), ran diagonally up the dirt wall on the outside, flew through the air, tilted about 70 degrees to the right, for 30 feet or so and came back down. If somebody had been riding shotgun their feet would have been crushed.
Afterwards, selling the coilovers, lights, shifter etc off of that car gave me enough $ to get the E30. Good times. Just learn from it.Leave a comment:

That sucks, but it's awesome that you are getting another car on the road so fast. Good luck to you.Leave a comment:

Deng dude yeah I was suprised that te car
took the impact so well and neither of us got hurt. There was a tree 6" from the car when it was almost vertical in the air.. If it popped over we would be dead..
Oh and yeah the control arms were 2 weeks old if that..Leave a comment:

Sucks...
I've done nearly the same thing with an accord. Yes, a fwd honda. You learn a lot after making a mistake this big...
*Vouch for the accord... no rims were broken, one just curbed badly(stock enkei alloys). Also, front alignment got screwed up, but overall I was impressed at how the car took it. I drove it for a while after and sold it without ever fixing anything more than the tie rod on that side.Leave a comment:
