I've read bad things about cosmos... the springs mostly, I'd get some quality springs when you can. (cosmos sag over time... so is the story)
Also i had that bulb blinking problem. It was super intermittent. When I took my bumper off I took apart the signal housing and cleaned it all and tightened it, that seemed to do the trick. I guess the bulb's connection was bad.

yes, i just got new bulbs... one thing is that metal reflector inside can be push back and seem like nothing is holding it in place while the other side that is working is stable...can that be the cause of it....for exp. like the metal reflector need to a metal in order to ground???Leave a comment:

those turn signal bulbs are dual filament. one filament is lit when the light knob is in position one or two (parking lights) the other filament is engaged when you hit the turn signals. if its not coming on as a parking light, the filament in the bulb is probably bad. did you try replacing it yet?Leave a comment:

I can't tell you off the top of my head, I'm sure you can find it online with a little searching or someone on here may be able to tell you.Leave a comment:

Also, may be corrosion. New bulbs, wire brush the sockets and slather the insides with dielectric grease.Leave a comment:

They stay on when you turn on headlights/parking lights. They blink when you turn on the signals/hazards. If the bulb is rusty, I would replace it either way. They're cheap enough. Check for power and ground, thats about all you can do. Try making a known good ground to see if that fixes it, or supply known good power to see if it works. If one of either makes it work you know where your problem is. It's not a complicated circuit, might help to get a diagram though.
Oh yeah, make sure you have the right bulbs.Leave a comment:
