They're incredibly awesome. I also have a set of 17" style 32s as well :) Just in case..haha.

I was thinking about getting a z3 when I was looking for a new DD as well. I love style 42's! The e39 I got came with them.
Anyway sad to hear what happened to your e30, good thing it didnt happen in your ownership at least... enjoy the new car!Leave a comment:

Yeah, my heart dropped when I read his text this morning. I'm just glad he's okay.
Ever since I sold it to him, I've been in contact with him. He's going to send me better pictures, as the one he originally sent this morning wasn't that great since it was taken at night.
I know the front is completely smashed as it was a front end collision. I don't know about the rear. I'm going to try to convince him to buy the car back and put the motor and such in a different shell.
He's going to be sending me more pictures soon enough. I totally agree with you.Leave a comment:

That's ridiculously sad, Eric!
Good snag though. Looks fairly nice if not my "style".
Any word on your ex-E30's euro bumps... :shady:Leave a comment:

OMFGZ A Z3?!!!!??1
Yes, that I did.
It's a 2001 Z3 3.0 manual. Silver on black heated sport interior. 108k. Maintenance records galore. It's a fantastic car, and even better when the top is down.
I sold the e30 because I got bored, and I've always been wanting something different. It was between an e36 m3, a z3, a z4, or an e46 330i. I'm young, so I don't need a four door and I rarely bring more than one person with me so I thought I'd treat myself to something I've had my eye on for a while. The 3.0 Z3 won.
Here's the sad part. I sold the E30 last Wednesday and picked up the Z last Saturday. I got a text this morning from the guy who bought my E30. He told me (and sent a picture) that some drunk lady in a Kia Rio came into his lane heads on going 30MPH and totaled the E30. He's perfectly fine, as the car took all the damage. He didn't even have it for a week and some drunk chick ended its life. The car had a good life, driving over 350 thousand miles in its 24 (almost 25) years on the road.
Here's some good pictures (which you all have seen) of the beloved E30, may she rest in peace:

(And myself)

Here's my Z.
The trunk rack is off already.
