But this car in that state could never be considered "clean".

It has potential to be clean but
volvo lip+chipped up fenders+bent valence=/=clean
That is one of my favorite sportmax styles though. My friend has some on his 240.

another clean ass e30 thats been ruined with a volvo lip. That really grinds my gears.

How can you tell it's a volvo lip? I thought the volvo lips flared out a lot more at the bottom corners.
