Because the world isnt a perfect place and mistakes (however unbelievable it may seem) are made sometimes, and concentration lapses. It took me a similar incident to learn to keep lots of distance and always pay attention too. But then again. I have one of those "hit my head against the wall or touch the stove to learn its hot" kind of personalities. I insist on learning the hard way.Leave a comment:

Ive got a better suggestion. Learn some tact. Thats like telling someone who just had a loved one die from cancer due to smoking "Well, the fucker shouldnt have smoked.... lesson learned, dumbass." Theres ways to say things, and ways to say things is all Im saying.
To OP. Im sorry about this. Ive gone through it a few times. It almost doesnt matter whose fault it is because you are angry and sad in either of the two circumstances.Leave a comment:

It's funny I don't get how anyone rear ends somebody. If you keep at MINIMUM 3 car lengths between you and the car in front you'll always have enough braking and maneuvering distance. I usually put even more in front of me.Leave a comment:

That sucks mate. I agree 100% with nwvb bmw on this. I had an accident exactly the same. Its a rough lesson, but it has to be learntLeave a comment:

Looks like most of it hit above the bumper, all the metal above the bumper is very thin.Leave a comment:
