    yeah, It was a good idea but it needs to be repaired. The rubber of the spoiler eventually cracked where it was cut to add the LED 3rd brake light.

    I autocross with the BMW CCA so its more exhibition then anything else. If I tried running this with the SCCA I'd be placed in a class where I would be ridiculously uncompetitive. I'm one of the chief instructors for the LA chapter's autocross program. It's main purpose is to give "fun" rides to students and their friends and family they bring out with them. I thought it would be cool to have a less common auto-x car.

    I bought this car from my boss. Over the 5 years I've been around it I've accepted the side grills and the M3 badges. At least it has a OBD1 S52 under the hood to save it from the embarrassment of the badges.

    As for the exhaust. I need to tweek it back into place. The car was too loud and a resonator was added. Unfortunately, It hangs 2 1/2" off the ground and makes contact all the time. So much that its starting to effect the way the muffler hangs.
