We've done quite a few already, time frame depends on a lot of things. We've built the touring (which was 3 times more labor intensive) in 1 month

there are always bunch of projects in my backyard

Does the M3 bumper mounts the same way? I know it's wider to fit properly with the M3 fenders. It would be cool in my touring...
