First: 91' 318is when I was 17. Bought this after saving all of high school working for $3100 sold after a year because parents thought it was unsafe :???:




Second: .:R32 my love and one of my favorite cars ever. Still can't believe I had to sell it sometimes.




Third: 01' A6 avant that was a bit trashy and dumped on coils. Had 200k+ on the original engine and transmission (auto), and was leaking oil, also ate more oil than fuel.


4th and current: 02' Vw jetta wagon with an '04 TDI engine swap, also 200k+ on the engine but runs like a champ.


I've become the most boring 19 year old ever. But hopefully after school is over I can put money back into cars.

First car was an 89 Mercury Grand Marquis when i was in high school. Dont have any pics but it looked like this.


Next was a 94 Ford Escort Wagon. Hand me down from my Grandma.


Then in 2007 i bought my first brand new car. A VW GTi with DSG. Sold her in 2012 to my brother. She was making 300whp by then.


Now i have my first BMW. :)

So I don't have pictures of all the cars, since new phones and they get lost in the transfers.
But first car at 15 was a 93 Mazda b2600i..that my dad bought for me..
Loved it, babied it. Was to scared to do anything stupid on it cuz it was soo old. Lol.
Then a 2000 civic ex, lowered on eBay springs with gsr sunflower wheels, sold that because got tired of it.
2001 honda prelude type sh had for about 2 weeks it had to many problems so I sold that.
Then my first e30 89 with 175k..
Fixed it up a little and sold it cuz wanted something newer. So back to the prelude I went.
A 2001 prelude with 97k miles leather original. Very clean.
The day I sold it.
Then on my 18th birthday got myself a 05 subaru legacy gt. I love it.. And I regret selling it. But it was an auto and I couldn't stand it. But will be In the market for another subi soon.. :)
Had bov, exhaust, drag dr-34(took those off cuz I hated them), aem intake.
And now my dd

So, what's the reason you guys with the nice, newer cars keep coming back to E30's?

For me, it just feels right. My 4runner fits me much the same actually.

2001 325ci 5 speed manual, Hand me down from my father. It is my first and will be my last love, im keeping it forever.
The car has:
Headers, BMW Performance intake, Jim Conforti Shark injector, Turner Pulleys, Rogue Ikon axle back, H&R race cupkit, Turner HD RSMs, Turner Sways, CSL replicas, custom intake scoop, and a few more things im probably forgetting.

Yes! Someone besides me knows what it is! lol. Everyone asks if its a mustang or torino. lol. Theres actually about 150 or so here in the US. and just here in Washington theres 3.

I want at least one muscle car in my life, and I'll have one of those.

I dont have pictures of my first 2 cars. My first car was a 94 civic that I fixed and sold for a 98 jetta vr6. The jetta had a 3" exhaust and a cai. nothing great. Then I moved to vegas and got a 08 jetta. Apr stage 2+, apr turbo back exhaust, kamotors intake, lowering springs, gli grille, and euro tail lights




After high school I traded the jetta in for a 2012 ram 1500 which is now my DD



Then I bought my first e30 from a friend


Traded it for the 318is which kamotors is building now

It was pretty cool. Not as powerful as I thought it would be though. It had a little 318 v8 in with an auto trans.

Yeah they wasn't that powerful, only like 175hp or something around there.. Kind of sad seeing a 1970 318 made 230 with a 2bbl, then 30 years later a 318 Magnum made the same HP. There was a few little tricks to pep the little 318 up in the Shelby up. Changing to a 360 throttle body was one of them. Although i'd rather put a whole 360 down in there lol.
